emergency plan b

So Les and I are trying to come up with an emergency plan B since the Holiday Inn is now way over budget. What we are thinking is trying to rent a mom and pop type restaurant and do a dinner reception. The only thing is that if we get a mom and pop type place it'll be cheaper but it most likely won't hold everyone that is being invited and will most likely come to the wedding. So I'm trying to think of a way on how we can do it at a mom and pop type place.
